Two spindles can use two different tools for two different processing at the same time, which is similar with an economical auto-tool changer cnc machine center with three tools. The vertical spindle can do engraving/cutting/drilling/milling. The horizontal spindle can do Left and Right Side drilling/milling. Whole machine is welded with seamless steel structure, which is high temperature annealing and vibrating stress relief, so the Structure bodyis stabilized and will not be deformed forever.
X and Y axis is transmitted by helical rack and pinion. This makes the machine work faster and has larger cutting force.
Z axis adopts imported Germany Ball Screw, so high precision for long life usage.
Three axes adopt Taiwan make HIWIN linear guide rail with high precision.
This machine has the function of re-carving after break point or power failure.
High soft and famous brand electric cables with high abrasion, fold, high temperature, acid or alkali resistance.
